A lot of companies these days offer well-being support, check with your workplace and see what there is on offer to you as an employee. I have suffered greatly over the years from depression. Everyday has been a struggle and still is in some days. There is help out there. Do speak to your GP and they will help you. Don’t suffer is silence as we do because we feel we need to be strong. It’s ok to say “I’m not ok “

Its so true that mental health affects our physical well-being and over the years I have come to realise that most of my aches and pains are due to some or anxiety issues. Thanks to the blogs like these, I have been able to identify my issues and ask for help when needed.
